Course Duration Qualification
M.Sc. Nursing 2 years B.Sc. Nursing from recognized university and minimum of not less than 55% aggregate marks.(50% marks incase of SC/ST Karnataka candidates only),Minimum of one year experience after obtaining B.Sc or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing
B.Sc. Nursing 4 years 12th class pass or its equivalent with optional subjects (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) with 50% marks and above.
Post Basic B.Sc Nursing 2 years Diploma in general Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) and must be a registered Nurse. Candidates who is above 48 years of age on 31st December of the year of admission is not eligible.
General Nursing & Midwifery 3 1/2 years 12th class pass or its equivalent 40% marks and above.

B.Sc. Nursing
A four year of program offered at Ikon Nursing College prepares the students to practice across all Health Care settings. The course of study combines Theory and the Practice of Nursing with General Education in the Humanities and Behavioral, Biological and Physical Sciences.These serve as a care for the development of nursing major.

B.Sc. Nursing graduation is required for entry into a Masters degree in nursing program prepares you for Leadership, Management and more independent roles, such as Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nurse Practitioner, Educator and Researcher.

Diploma in General Nursing & Midwifery

A three and half years Nursing & Midwifery programme offered at Ikon Nursing School prepares the student for the 'A' Grade Certificate examination in Nursing and Midwifery conducted by the "Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board and Karnataka State Nursing Council".

The Basic Course in Nursing Prepares Nurses for first level nursing in both the Hospital and the Community. Education is a process of development which results in behavioral changes based on the acquisition, assimilation and promotion of intellectual inquiry, creativity, self awareness, self direction, maturity, responsibility and moral values.
